We want to understand people’s experiences when they come to us for homelessness and housing instability support. By completing this survey, you will help us to better serve everyone.

There are two ways to participate:

2. Pick up a confidential survey and postage-paid envelope from Medicine Hat Community Housing Society or Miywasin Friendship Centre or Medicine Hat Public Library. Complete the survey, place in the postage-paid envelope, seal the envelope, put it in the locked drop box to be mailed or you can mail it yourself.
